Description:
All our leads are hand crafted and double coated to ensure durability. We have developed a full range of shapes and sizes, finished with either smooth or textured coatings to be almost invisible on most lake beds conditions.
This is the lead to have on when you have to go for maximum distance, because of its aerodynamic torpedo shape and because the bulk of the weight is slightly forward to help stabilise the leger in flight.
On a lot of silty meres lead penetrates deeply, but Tournament Casting leads are quite easy to pull out of the silt.

Our Recommendation:
Every angler will have their preference for the type of lead they use depending on the lake they fish and their angling style. We recommend textured finishes as they reflect less light, camouflaging better in the lake sediment, though smooth coatings remain a traditional favourite for all-round situations.
